That record labels approval as “Not Approved” and application as “Not Applied.” This is a record in a dated document, not proof of today's status or proof that it covers every current institutional registration.

A separate [PCI inspection annexure](https://www.pci.gov.in/documents/91/Annexure-2.pdf) references a similarly named pharmacy college in the same locality under PCI-8167. The supplied image was copied unchanged into the site. His identity and title are attributed to the user’s instruction, not independently researched. The visible message is newly drafted copy labelled for chairman review. No claim is made that these are his previously published words.

The requested design reference was https://brvcollege-eiqlq69.public.builtwithrocket.new/?rk_owner=true. Retrieval was unsuccessful, so its visual details could not be verified. The revised design uses slate blue, white, and muted gold with a full-width hero and formal leadership presentation.

## Supplied trust brochure and logo — current content source
